Refunds cannot be given for any cancellations of tickets by purchasers unless a Positive PCR test result can be provided. This must be done a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event taking place.
If the Government’s COVID regulations require a reduction in the number of seats being made available for sale due to Social Distancing being implemented, tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Any tickets sold, that cannot now be honoured, will be refunded or the purchaser will be offered an alternative performance or a credit to their account.
If a performance taking place at Stage4Beverely has to be rescheduled or cancelled due to changes in Government COVID regulations your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new time and date. Should this not be suitable for you, tickets can be credited to your S4B account, donated to the festival or a full refund given.
S4B will follow any updated Government guidance regarding COVID 19 and related safety measures. Any changes will be communicated to bookers in advance of the performance.
