Stage4Beverley Festival does not offer refunds unless a show is cancelled.
We try, but cannot guarantee, to resell unwanted tickets after a performance is sold out. Customers will be asked to send an email or letter 48 hours prior to the performance confirming the return of their tickets. Following this the tickets will become invalid with immediate effect.
If we successfully resell the tickets, the customer will be issued with an S4B credit voucher minus an administrative fee of £5 per ticket. An alternative is for the customer to re-sell the ticket themselves in which case no administrative fee would be charged.
Transfers to a different event at the festival can be processed subject to 48 hours advance notice and an immediate payment of a single fee of £5; or in certain circumstances a Credit for a performance at the next year’s festival.
